will offer

You will gain specific knowledge in working on a diverse, multinational team for one of the largest Christian non-profit organizations in the world. You will be given meaningful projects that will serve Cru movements around the globe. Your work will give greater capacity for more people to hear about Jesus.

Professionals working in your specialty will train you in skills specific to your role as well as general leadership and spiritual development. This internship may satisfy internship requirements for certain degree programs. It will be your responsibility to verify if this opportunity will count as an internship credit for you.


Walter Shaffer

Walter is married to the amazing Linda Shaffer and they have five children. Walter got his Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Information Management. Before serving his current role as the Director of Cru’s Global Leading with Information department, Walter & Linda served in East Asia for 19 years. Walter is an avid, though not so talented, tennis player and enjoys photography.

Frances Tagaloa

Frances serves as the Chief of Staff for Global Operations and Fund Capacity with the purpose of building organizational capacity to accelerate spiritual movements everywhere. Frances graduated from the University of Auckland, New Zealand with a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts. She is married to Timo Tagaloa who works with Athletes in Action and together they started the ministry in New Zealand. She has two sons Josh (27) and Trent (25) and a daughter-in-law, Chelsea, who is married to Josh. Frances enjoys the outdoors, gardening and good food with good friends.
